Rubber Grip Dimensions for Tohatsu D2 50hp

I am new to this forum. I discovered this forum after a gentleman in Sweden contacted my company to buy one of our carbon fiber tiller handle extensions called the TillerPillar. I am seeking measurements for a Tohatsu D2 50hp: 1). the length of the rubber grip, 2). the small end circumference and 3). the large end circumference to the closest millimeter. He can not measure his motor because he is in Norway on business. Can anyone provide these measurements for me? See the photo of our TillerPillar.

Thank You,
Joe Welbourn

I'd be surprised if there was enough profit in one of your excellent pieces of kit to justify the trade membership on here

do you want me to measure the actual rubber grip and not the metal tiller that slots inside? if im measuring the rubber grip then wont the outside be larger than the inside because of the thickness of the rubber?

Measure the outside surface of the actual rubber grip. See the image. Thank you for the help.
