Seals for teleflex steering cable, engine end

I am in the process of doing a bit of work on the boat and have to remove the steering cable. Whilst its out I would like if possible to replace the seals. The engine is a 1996 ish 60HP Mercury, (not clamshell) with autolube. the steering cable passes through the tilt tube before connecting to the pull push rod. The grease is weeping and the seals look shot. Cable looks in pretty good nick. Are seal kits available?

Any advice welcome

cheers Scottydog
