Servicing - Evinrude Etec 90 - Adhesive's and sealants

Hi

I'm hoping someone might be able to offer some guidance. I'm going to be self servicing by Evinrude outboard in the coming weeks.

I have the service manual and am comfortable with the work involved. My only query is that when replacing the impeller, the manual calls for the use of:

1. 3M 847 adhesive;
2. Evinrude Gasket Sealing Compound;
3. Evinrude Triple-Guard Grease

The first 2 no longer seem to be available (at least in relatively small quantities and in the UK.)

Does anyone have any recommendations for alternative products that are available and which I don't need to buy on a commercial scale?

Thanks in advance.

Jim
