Spare fuel tank for inflatables

Found this nifty little tank in a magazine the other day and seemed like a handy way to carry some backup fuel.
Contoured to fit in the nose of the tubes it would be great as main tank for a SIB or reserve supply for a RIB.
Holds 6 gallons and comes complete with carry handle .
Anyone got one of these and are they any good?
cheers dal

West Marine has them in the US.

Believe they are made by Todd Enterprises. Manufacturers Part Number, if you want to search out a local supplier, is P97-1566.

I like the idea and the shape. but with that up in the Bow the fuel line will have to be extended to reach it. Plus the bow in ,my SIb, slopes up pretty steep so it would need securing in well so it didn't slide back down the boat.
Would be good to have the wieght up there when alone .

http://www.toddusa.com/browse.aspx?cid=54 their locker looks good too, could have a use for one of the tanks, need to check space on the boat. Looks like only sold in USA but have sent email to see if will send to UK and cost to do.

online supplier of todd bow tank

i ordered mine from adam at http://www.inflatableboats.com/, an outfit in oregon. their price would probably be less than $100 delivered to the UK.
they sold me one for $71 delivered to california 3 weeks ago. they definitely need to be strapped to prevent them from sliding around.
