Can the same alignment tool for the Yamaha 240 be used for the Yanmar 300

Sorry don't know the answer to the question you posed.
Please how much was the alignment tool for the hydradrive?
I've got the 165hp engine and the nearest unoffical dealer is the other side of devon and the offcial dealer is in Southampton which is a very long way for a boat berthed in Plymouth.
