Is the Yellowfin available yet? I've not seen anything about it for at least 18 months - and for a bit of kit that promised so much, you start to wonder what's happened to it!!

The yellow fin has been almost ready for a long time now. I really can't understand the delay as they have had working prototypes for ages. Don't hold your breath!!!

Thank you all for your input.
we are looking at these as an alternative to water jets on our 1600 Interceptor for a particular customer. Should anything come out of this and we actually build with such I will let you know

I'd be interested to hear how you get on Andre, if I figure out a way to finance my next project I'll be looking at twin diesel surface drives.

A surface drive uses a prop running behind the boat that actually runs right on the surface so 1/2 the prop is out of the water.

Can I ask why you do not want an Arneson?

It seems that all the others that are trying to make their version all have some serious drawbacks. Being that I do not think the cost are all that different amongst them, Arneson has the best percieved market name a value. ??
