Suzuki 140hp irritating fault!

So I have by all accounts one of the most reliable engines but I have an irritating issue that the engine stops when moving from neutral to drive. I have had several people check the issue out the latest being a well experienced Suzuki dealer. There are no faults when plugged into the computer. The fuel is clean with a new filter installed. I have searched the Internet and self diagnosed it as the IAC valve. This has now been suggested by the Suzuki dealer but as with any intermittent fault replacement carries no guarantee. Has anyone any views?

The problem can be seen when running on muffs as is

The engine is on a RC585 and runs fine peaking at around 38 to 40 knots. It is just the issue of stalling that I am trying to overcome.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi I have heard of this somewhere before as I do have a Suzuki on my pro. I saw on a forum from USA about a idle cut while moving from gear to neutral and turned out to be rubbing wire! I think!!!! You will need to troll Google but I am sure it's an easy fix. Good luck I will have a look as well.
