It looks like an early/mid-'90s 2-stroke tacho to me and these had a pole selector switch on the back which you could set for the type applicable to your motor. You don't necessarily need a Soozook tacho, provided you can find one with the right pole setting. Does your control box have a yellow & black fly wire hanging out of it? This connects to the tacho.
I know now, you're going to ask me the pole setting for a 1990 DT55
but sorry, I can't remember
, though you should be able to find it with a bit of googling.
