Suzuki DF60

I am having an intermittent over heat on my DF60. Seems to happen when the engine is under peak loads mainly ie when there is a full load of passengers.

The impeller is fine and so is the tell tale can someone suggest possible processes of elimination and the order in which to do things please.

Thanks

I actually have the thermostat out. Water temp here is 30 odd degrees when the rib is in use.

I had an unexplained overheat on a DF90. Never found the true cause and the impeller looked sound. However a a last resort I put a new impeller in and it was fine thereafter. I suspect the impeller was slipping on the shaft/key.
