Suzuki monitor /tachomter need advice please

HI , Have brand new 90hp DF 90ATL cannot read the screen in the sunshine it is a new design as it is not in the owners manual and my previous one from Suzuki was circular and completely clear to read, contacted SUZUKI who were polite but firmly said nothing could be done and offered no advice as how to operate the monitor Surely a new design required an operating brief. Very concerned as am trying to run the engine in and not over if there is a warning light not sure if it will be visible.

ALL comments much appreciated and wii be acknowledged

i am in the Torbay area

Suzuki monitor /tachomter need advice please

Welcome to the wonderful world of Suzuki customer “care”[emoji849]
I had a new fangled colour display supplied with my 2014 df140. It would work, but no way would it communicate with any other devices on the NMEA2000 network. Cut a long story short, I replaced it with the previous model LMF 400 clones, the round monochrome type. After 18months of buggering about I had it all up & running. You will get ZERO assistance from Suzuki GB. A good place to start is on the Suzuki owners forum & look for the posts by Moonlighter. I’ll help you where I can, but Suzuki constantly change their NMEA2000 protocols & it can be very much trial, error, frustration & money.
Good luck
