Thanks Jeff.
May be a good option. Got all winter to get round to it.
What about resetting the service bleeps on the console.
Does anyone know if you need a service tool for this.....I'm off to consult my manual!!

What about anodes. Are these easy enough to replace?

Yes mate they are just bolted on if you have a look on eBay you can buy a disc with the service manual on for about £6 may have gone up a bit but well worth it covers 90'115'140hp as they are much the same engine

Cheers

df 140

If you are going to service your Suzuki yourself I would get a service kit for its oil cooler and do it at the same time . The oil cooler is bolted to the engine behind the oil filter.
ps I put a post on here with photos

Not all the 140's have the oil cooler. I have worked on many of them and I seem to come across fewer without them than with them.
