swap F100A to F115 injection

A friend of mine replaces his F115 with an F150 and he offered me the F115 from 2007 with low hours for a reasonable price - but the motor comes without cables , harness , gauges or controls .
On my boat I have currently a F100A from 1999 - still with carburetors .
Can somebody tell me whether I can just swap the motors and can connect the F115 injection motor to the existing harness / controls ??

Hi, yes you can swap it straight over. The harnesses all unplug and plug in at the engine, same as the controls and cables. Hope this helps. Peter

Nope.If the engine is a 2007 model it will have digital networking gauges. You will need a cross over cable if you want to run it with you existing gauges. The 10 pin plug and 33c cables will fit straight on.
