Thundercat/Zapcat engine

I recently bought a Aquarius thunder cat hull without a outboard and tried to buy a brand new Yam 50 2 stroke for it ... my local yam dealer can get them but needs proof that it’s only for racing/commercial use ... anyone know clubs or organisiations I can join to get proof that the boat will be used for racing? Not interested in a second hand engine before any suggest buying a second hand one cheers guys
