Tohatsu MFS18B2 wiring

Hi there seems to be 3 extra wires Y Y/R and Ywith a B splice that comes from the cd unit. Does anyone know where they go or where I can find out the service manual does not show where they go or if any has the same motor see where they go please.

Are they the leads to the choke PTC heater thingy fitted to some models??

There already wires connected directly from the fly wheel as the manual says.
