Nobody in UK made them ?
They need only MARINE GRADE ALU, bolts proof for Sea
and it doesn't look like rocket science item

Nope, pretty straightforward, but at that price it's cheaper to buy than start out & make your own.👍

If I remember this item is straight from the factory.
Maybe shipment cost be the same for 1 or 2 items.
You can look for some friend live near you and order 2 items ...
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I'm going to do the same in Poland maybe

All done & dusted. Sling the engine off the tow point in the "A" frame, wooden block under the skeg with a lump of rubber, carpet will do. Wind the jockey wheel down & the weight will come onto the skeg. Tension the lift off the "A" frame ( I used a pair of small ratchet lifts, but a ratchet tie down strap works well), you now have the engine secured top & bottom & going no where. Remove the engine bolts & ease the engine off the transom. Don't forget that you can use the PTT for fine adjustments. The engine is now free of the transom. Use the jockey wheel to raise or lower the transom until the desired holes line up, you might have to loosen or take up the lift off the A frame, depending on which way you're going. Normally you only have to take out the 2 bolts in the fixed holes & just loosen the ones in the slots, this gives you more control, but for some reason the Suzuki bottom holes are outside the slots, so all 4 bolts have to come out. Replace the bolts with plenty of sealant, Sika 291 is my marine sealant of choice. Torque up & away you go, simples👍

I was observer only when friend of mine lifted up my outboard.
But he has beam under the ceiling dedicated for such work.
Did you use full SIKA ? I hate to waste materials.
I have bought SIKA to secure elbow pipes for my bilge pump.
I used only a little of SIKA and after week I was not able to use it.
And yes it looks like it is not very hard to lift.
But he advised me to change bolts to new ones when we lifted again engine to original lowest position

He's currently on the West of Scotland. Raising the engine doesn't seem to have held him back, although I suspect willk and danny would like to point out they won the race to St Kilda ;-)

He should return to EVINRUDE ...
Oh I have forgotten that Evin has bad reputation here ...
Or maybe consider to check other propeller.
Mine with
VIPER prop 19" is fast, nervous, bow lifter a lot of fun on lakes
REBEL 19" has the same top speed, but more calm, not bow lifter but similar time to get on plane, better grip and behavior in the Sea.

Hi Matt, too early to tell, the boat has been loaded WAY above its normal load this week. I need to do more testing.

Not had the boat out since Scotland Matt, so no further info at the moment. Next stop is France in a month or so, hopefully we'll get lots of testing opportunities then👍

I have this one as spare prop:
Made in Korea BS.PRO 14x20
I should change it to 14 1/2 x 18 or 19 I think.
But it works in 5 persons.
About 120 GBP
