Nice... Don't want to burst the bubble but it's not the first twin setup with these I've seen. They were fitted to a boat down here almost as soon as they came out. Replacing a DF300

Great motors though. I had a trade quote on them which made me sit and think about them, very cheap

Hi Peter,
Bubble's burst....
We previously had twin Mercury F115's and with the Mountain Rescue Team or The Firebrigade with their equipment we struggled to get on the plane. Now it's like a new boat, last weekend we had 14 adults onboard during a shout and she climbed up out the water with ease.
Would recommend these to anybody...!!

These are the most beautifuly built engines of the last couple of years!
Truly simple built to last, but with all the modern construction techniques in it. light weight as no other and very good performance!!

Superb set!
These men must be very happy with this setup..
All the luck!!

Just wondering what size boat that is with what props. As I am fitting those engines to mine and want any idea of what pitch props to order. Currently running a merc opti 250 on a 19 pitch get 45 knots unladen and 40 with 10 on board.

That's great so I'm thinking 19's would suit. What's the difference with the four blades ? And does it get on the plane on one ? Never had twins so interested to hear!

Are those mercury revolution 4 props? If they are what pitch? Currently installing those mercury 150's on our 733 hurricane, and im not finding much info on 4 blade props for it.

I've got 19p Rev4s on the back of BP (twin115hpEtecs 6.4m Ribcraft) & they are spot on. WOT is 5750 which is bang on the money. I would think that with the bigger engines on the bigger boat, 19p would be about right.
