Not sure if anybody here will be able to help however I have a problem with oil leaking out of the leg on my dads Regal hardboat, the oil is leaking out of the inside of the prop I believe this to be the O Ring however looking for confirmation and also a rough price to get this resolved.
there are two double lip seals in the bearing carrier behind the prop, i think the seals are about £18 each from the stealers, if you get them to do the job they will say the lower unit will need to be stripped, but it can be done another way.
