Bruce, you shouldn't change props for sake of it when it isn't setup (Or ran in?) correctly, you are literally wasting your time with this.
ONLY and I do mean ONLY when you have the height correct and see what RPM you are getting will you know how far off the current prop is, if it is off ofcourse.
You are currently only 300rpm off the maximum if memory serves so the current prop is the one for your boat currently. I suspect when you raise the engine you will be closer to the max rpm and maybe at that point it is worth playing with props.
It is NOT!!!!!! a good idea to over prop a modern 4 stroke.
You want top end speed then get a long shaft on your boat, that will give you the biggest gains as it will be correct height.
