which engine approx 100 hp

hi guys

talking to a friend today who has just purchased 5.6 sporteese rib. he is wondering which engine to go for

Honda 4 stroke. Old design? Poor power to weight ratio?

Yamaha hpdi 2 stroke. plenty of torque? newer design? fairly economical? easy to service?

Evinrude etech? Good design? long service intervals?

Second hand value of all? Parts availability?

Tohatsu 90 tldi - a lot lighter than 100hp models.

Or Evinrude ETEC 90hp or similar!!!

I would try to buy a new type 2 stroke - as good on fuel as the 4 strokes but lighter.
