Which is qiucker Suzuki 140 or 135 opti??

Well after a few weeks of testing the Optimax 135 was quicker.

Suzuki 140: 40.1knts
Mariner 135 Optimax: 43.9knts

Also the acceleration of the opti was amazing!, 0-20knts in 3.4 seconds.
Suzuki 0-20knts in 5.8 seconds

And very suprisingly the 115 optimax was only 2 knts behind the Suzuki.
The Test boat was a Rigid Raider by the way!!!

Not sure about the fuel consumption, we didnt really look at that. Although they must have been pretty much the same as they used about the same fuel for the same tests.

Just out of interest, what sort of loading did you have on your test boat? ie fuel onboard, crew etc...

We do two different tests one for a heavy load and one for a light. The light load is two crew + 50 litres of fuel. The other is dependent on what the customer wants to put in the boat. The heavy trial for this boat was 900kg plus two crew and 50ltrs of fuel.
The speeds quoted are for the light load trial. I cant remember what the heavy speeds were!.
And of course all done with about four or five different props to get the RPM correct and to get the best performance and handling out of the boat.
