Winterising and flushing outboard

i know this question has probably been asked loads of times but anyway.

What do people normally use to flush there engine when winterising??
last year i used salt away in a tub of water,, some people say they use antifreeze mixed in water?

Does anyone use Salt away or the antifreeze or what do people do??

also use wd40 sprayed all over under the hood??
