Often if you have a prop you really want to use, it's a matter of getting new bushing installed, which a prop shop should be able to do (or, if you can get the bushing, any mechanic with a press.) Some aftermarket props have drop-in hub adaptors, so you just need to buy the one that fits your motor.

Many thanks for your reply, I really just want a prop that I can just put on without any messing about.
I have a chance of a suitable (I think) prop but unsure as to it's brand, could be Evinrude / Johnson. It has thirteen splines, same as my Merc. Can any one tell me if it will fit?
