Yamaha 70hp triple - water in all cylinders

Hi, my Yamaha 70hp FETO 2 stroke has developed a problem with water on plugs and in cylinders (all 3 cylinders affected). It had been running well before it started coughing, spluttering and cutting out. I changed the head and water jacket gaskets to try and fix, unfortunately, problem remains (originals had no sign of damage). I visually checked block, cylinders, head and water jacket when removed and no cracks or damage with naked eye were found. Anyone have any ideas of possible cause ? Thanks

Check for water in the fuel, can also be the base gasket under the powerhead
