Yamaha f225-250-&300 BETu gearbox failures

Hi all
I am a commercial skipper I run 4 300s they were propped by Yamaha so arnt over propped
I operate 50 mile off shore so it's straight line use running at about 4,200
Can't afford the fuel burn over that lol !!
My oldest engine is nearly 2 years old with less than 500 hours I use yamlube gear oil
I have had 4 gearbox failures
No fishing line or pot ropes just clatter bang usually 20 plus miles out
Yamaha say this is un heard of
I am an owner operator so so there is no one ramping them
If anyone on here has had issues or knows of issues with these boxes I'd love to know
Many thanks
Rob
