What they are saying is you need to start your own thread from scratch not post on someone else's. Yours is a different question.

Is the hull clean?
Has the prop been changed recently
Is this an old installation or a recently fitted engine
Has it ever performed well and what was max rpm when it was running well
Does it chuck black smoke out when its trying to get on the plane?

Very little in terms of sensors so shouldnt be too hard
If its definately 420sti then is has a boost pressure controller in the hard pipe behind the intercooler its secured to the outlet of the intercooler by 4 x 10mm nuts just above the belhousing operated by a capiliary pipe tapped off the solid pipe these can stick and prevent boost
Check its free and operating
Note the 421 doesnt have the boost controler and will just have a square blank in place
