yamaha paint.

Does anyone know what colour the yamaha met blue is close to in car paint? I re sprayed one years ago and used an off the shelf colour and it was almost identical to the original, ford azure blue rings a bell but there are a few shades of that! I was going to touch up the skeg and gearbox with an aerosol from halfrauds, as its not worth getting the spray gun out for that.
cheers

I am also looking to find out this useful info......

But I have to ask, if it's the bottoom of the skeg, will a small colour difference be a problem?

No a small difference wont matter which is why i was looking at aerosols from halfords. if i wanted a perfect match the engine is faded anyway so would have to spray the whole thing.
i will let you know if i find a reasonable match in car aerosol.

RIBase
Unfortunately that's the blue/grey colour from the latest motors.
I could do with some of the blue myself.

Go to http://www.marinescene.co.uk and do a search on 'Yahama'.

By the way, I have purchased from Marine Scene several times. I have always found their prices competitive and the service exemplary.
