Yamaha problem running badly

Hi after putting in a lot of work on setting my self up with a bigger outboard i am still having a problem with it running badly i have had the carbs out and ultrasonic cleaned them and they came up very well, have had fuel pump apart, and filter , new plugs checked everything i can think of but its still not right, so can anyone help , have added video just to let you see what its doing.

Have you set the carbs up properly? It sounds like one of the cylinders is suffering from a sneeze, this can point to too lean a mixture.
