Have you looked at the Yam peformance bulletins - no figures for RIBs but they give an idea.

We had one on a Avon560
on average 1lt a mile. fantastic engine I went from Northney marina/Portsmouth to Cherbourg and back in a day never missed a beat and averaged 1 lt a mile

keeping the revs below 4500 most of the time,I averaged around 2.2 -2.4 gph on a 5.7 humber assault

I have no instruments to give you MPL but hope this helps
compared with a Suzuky 90 2 stroke at least 50% beter
or from Ryde to Yarmouth to limington and back along the
north shore on the same tank, a chart and some simple maths
will give you a rough idea
