Yanmar 315 - GPH??
Hey
I'm about to take delivery of my 7.5 meter RIB with the new 315hp Yanmar diesel 6 pot - what kind of fuel consumption do you guys reckon I'll be looking at? Let's say I'm doing 35 knots on a calm day.
Any info very gratefully received! Thanks a lot!
Ben

5GPH per 100hp used is a good rule of thumb for a diesel.
16GPH flat out.
8-10 GPH cruising?

Depending on your drive and usage, number of hours per bravo 3 leg may be a more pertinent bit of information to have.
