Yanmar 6LP Diesel Inboard Engine
I have just completed a complete rebuild of a 300bhp Yanmar 6LP engine, rebored, new pistons, turbo reconditioned(with guarantee)injectors serviced and much more, including having the pistons, crank and conrods balanced. The unit comes complete with a bellhousing for a mercruiser sterndrive and an engine brace for the front engine mountings.
I have run it in, changed the oil and filter and run it for a further 10 hrs before removing it and fitting another unit with a similar rebuild specification.
I can arrange to have the unit run up on a test bed for a prospective buyer.
The asking price is £8250.00 which is a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
