If you want a waterproof unit search ebay for "helmet camera" ...but you won't find one with a 7" screen, at most there is a tiny screen about 1" just for checking footage before you transfer it to a computer.
If you don't need it waterproof, search for "dash camera" - they're cheaper and can have more features.
