Just thought I had to post another amazing story about energy batteries!
After my post
http://rib.net/forum/showthread.php?t=23003 where I managed to destroy an FLA 85 by trying to take the lid off, I contacted energy batteries really just to point out the instructions were a bit misleading.
Apparently the FLA range sometimes ships as a sealed unit (which is what I managed to destroy). They immediately sent me a new battery, no questions asked and said they would rectify the instructions. Looking at the email chain, which they copied me on, every single person involved was exceptionally fast and I ended up with a new battery on my doorstep 2 days later....
I really cannot fault anything about this company and would have no hesitation whatsoever in buying from them again. After sales support is really important and they could not have done anything else to be more helpful.
