Thanks for the heads up - I couldn't resist as I haven't had a working handheld since my ancient Simrad HT50's battery died quite a while ago, so finally took the plunge and ordered one of these to bring my handheld into this century!
Just set it up well entered the MMSI at least found it slightly frustrating guess I’m too used to touch screens I guess! I’m sure I will get the hang of it .....
Menu is very Nokia circa 2003/4 and similar in part to my basic Etrex gps (hoping that this will effectively replace the etrex for basic nav functions.
Anyone played with the usb? Is there any software haven’t got that far in the manual....

Looks like the software is a much easier way to set it up compared to the on radio gui but guess knowing way round gui is useful, unless your taking laptop out to sea with you ...
