I am just posting this as a thank you to Blue Sea Systems who I recently called up in Washington because I needed some new labels for my Contura switch panel. They sent me the labels through 4 days later FOC.
Today I phoned them because 2 of the switches on the panel have gone faulty, on one the LED has gone on the other the switch has stopped working altogether. The panel is about a year old however I have no proof of purchase so could not go back to Merlin in Poole where I bought it.
Again the guy just took my address and promised two new FOC switches were on their way today.
Thats what I call customer service
