My Garmin Fishfinder 80 has finally given up after 8 years of service, most likely prompted by Searider junior tugging on the cables.
(Co-ax cable broken and unit doesn't power up either)
I'm minded to replace it with a Garmin Fishfinder 100 as the 80 performed really well - including at speed. - but what other suggestions?
Only really need to know the depth but a fishfinder seem the cheapest way of doing this.
