Depthsounder reading
Hello
I upgraded my Rhib to a Simrad 12 inch Go12. The transducer tilts slightly down from the transom.
The depth reads 8.4 feet or less when I'm at speed .. I have to slow down and wait a few seconds to get a proper reading.
I know the position of the Transducer matters but could someone give me a refresh on how to position it ?
I replaced a 2014 Garmin and it read accurate up to 35 kts. I like the Simrad way more, just think it needs fine tuning
