Evinrude power output

OK geniuses - I want to wire my RIB which has an older ('85) Evinrude 55 with no external AC power outlet. However inside the casing there is a three pin male plug with three yellow wires attached coming from around the flywheel area. Would this be an AC outlet. If so where would I get an adapter kit for charging my battery?

Run the motor and measure the voltage from pin to pin and pin to earth, sounds like a 3 phase output plug, could be lots of things, needs to be made from 3 phase ac to dc 12 v therefore its not so easy
