If not, the Garmin transducers are OEM manufactured by AIRMAR. AIRMAR make a stainless steel sprung hinged bracket part 20-035) which they sell separately and allows you to hinge up the transducer when launching / recovering; or springs up if you hit an obstacle. I purchased one a couple of years ago from their EU Distributor in Finland (no-one in UK could recognise the part #) after breaking one of the standard plastic brackets and it is an excellent piece of kit. I seem to recall it cost about 25€ at the time.
