Garmin 750s historic speed log?

Hi,

I'm doing a bit of propeller research and would be useful to know what my max WOT speed is without testing on the water.

Is there any info buried in the unit, that would tell what my max speed was yesterday?

If it takes an SD card can you load yesterday's tracks to the card and then onto Garmin Mapsource (or whatever is the latest version of that)? I can do that with my handheld and then see the split trip data to find fastest speed. Maybe?
