They have had me waiting three weeks for a blank 32 meg card for my plotter. Apparently they didn't have any in stock....but still sold me one on line and took extra cash off me for next day delivery.
What arrived the next day? The bill and three self adhesive stickers for the fuel system that I'd added to the end of my order! Great. £4 worth of stickers and nearly £9 in next day postal if I recall!

Chris
They pulled stunts like this when I ordered - £200 order arrived in 4 seperate shipments over about 4 weeks - their profits must have been hit by the extra postage.
When I asked why they didn't say if stuff was out of stock woman got really shirty with me and said they had far too much on the website to keep proper records!!!
I've used Mailspeed quite a few times, but always phone to check whether what I want is in stock. I've learned that the half hour drive can be wasted otherwise! Never tried the mail order side.
Always been very helpful when I've gone in though.
Cheapest is not always the best, yes the product will be the same but if you have a problem with any of your kit what will you do?
I know that my customers that do not try to get the best possible price from me or shop arround for a product all save in the long run. Try your local electronics dealer, you may find the personal touch helpful if not now in the future.
Best regards,
Mark.
I've had a sniff around on the net and Port Solent seem to be the cheapest for the Garmin Small Charts at £95.95 Everyone else seems to be selling them at list price £110.
Has anyone seen them cheaper, or does anyone have any they want to sell?
