Garmin Etrex Sumit hand helds brand new in the box
for £99
Is that cheep

Sounds about right. They've dropped in price considerably. Bought mine from the US for around £90 including shipping.

Amazon have the H model for under £70, the summit seems to be out stock at the moment though...

I believe you can also pick up a GPS72 for around the £100 mark which is more marine centred with bigger screen. Given the Etrex is a nice small unit for walking as well
