Garmin FF160 - some simple help please

I have a garmin FF160 monochrome fishfinder/sounder.
The LCD screen has partially failed, unfortunately in 'simulator mode'
It's good enough to read depths & see the trend of the bottom, but not good enough to navigate through the menu to find how to exit simulator mode.

If anyone has one would you mind giving me a the button sequence to restore back into normal mode?

Many thanks.

Google is your friend :-)

P20 says turn off the unit ! ? But if your transducer is not connected (or faulty ?) it will enter simulator mode
