I pinched a free download from somewhere, works fine

Essential bit of kit for planning at home.

Hows the install going?

I picked my copy up through a local chandler for about £20. It came on an SD card. At one point you could get a trial version somewhere and if you did an update via Garmins website it became fully fledged. Not sure that is still possible now though.

The people you bought the plotter from ought to be able to supply a copy on CD for free, I would have.

I downloaded it and IIRC there was an activation key you could buy for about £20, useful bit of software to have.

It only works with charts on an SD card but a handy hint is that a USB pen drive looks remarkably like an SD card reader from Homeport's viewpoint

Not a lot happening, she's at a Mercury dealers with a new powerhead no doubt still in it's box waiting to be fitted. Who knows when, they haven't even replied to any of my emails for the last month

You need to get her back or get a UK engineer out , otherwise it'll drag on for months & still won't get fixed.
