Gopro studio is buggy for me too, sometimes my edited videos have a thick green line right through after processing.

I bought Adobe premier elements, works well and far more capable than I am.

i use a laptop to edit my videos, i don't own a PC anymore.

whilst i do have a good laptop (i7, 32gb ddr and SSD raid drives) i'm surprised how well adobe runs on it given it is 3 years old now.

i am toying with building a cheap PC and use it for video editing remotely though.
