Handheld VHF

Silly question but you guys are a helpful bunch ... looking for a pouch to hold a handheld VHF - originally came with a belt clip but was never very secure and the clip has now broken.
How do people generally secure handhelds to your person - ideally to the waist strap of my lifejacket, so that it is securely on me if I go overboard or something happens? Its a waterproof VHF so I don't need one of the waterproof cases, and I want to be able to get at it easily.
Ideally I was just looking for a simple neoprene pouch which a belt attachment but can't find one anywhere!
Please help Santa find a wee (useful) stocking filler ...

personally i have mine clipped to my b'aid, with a string tied to it to stop me losing it!

Will you be able to get to it easily if it's on your LJ and it goes off?

hello madtubes !! hope you guys are well !
that pouch looks tidy...I would still work out a way of attaching the radio with a lanyard or something - if you fall out the boat I suspect you wont be going slow at the time.
