Help! Identify this nav light please...
One of the nav lights on my Vipermax has disintegrated but all that seems to be missing is one of the long screws that hold it together.
Photos below of the complete port light, the detail on the light casing, and the starboard one that fell to bits, the screw that I need is the same as the one in the foreground.
So ... firstly can anybody identify from the photos, what make/model the light is? The details on the light don't produce anything in Google, and having done a quick trawl of a few online suppliers, I can't see anything that resembles them.
The boat was built and fitted out by Osprey UK when Mannings had the distributor arrangement but of course they don't deal with them now and I doubt the new agents will have build records for boats they didn't build so probably no point trying to find out what it was built with.
Any pointers would be great as I don't want mismatched lights and I don't particularly want to replace and rewire both of them as the A frame is drilled to suit these and I'd prefer to replace like for like.
Secondly ... maybe a long shot ... has anybody got one of these lying around / broken that has a surplus screw in it that might fall into a southbound airmail envelope in exchange for a few beer tokens

Hi S.
I think those are made by Osculati (Italy). They look very similar to the Osculati units on my old RIB. They fell apart too, BTW, so my advice is buy better! Oddly, I had some parts from one until recently, but I donated them to someone in your predicament. Sorry

If you persist with your wrong headed desire to get a direct replacement.

Hey Fish
Yep, as Wilk says, the markings on the cover show a RINA number . RINA is the Italian classification society for all things marine/naval.

Ta, found Osculati moulded into the coloured lens on a second look
In my defence it was in really ickle writing and I haven't finished wiring the lights in the garage yet so it was quite dark in the boat's corner
The line of least resistance is good, so I'll order some more and buy a little bottle of threadlock!
Anybody with a dead one lying around to let me fix the one I have?

I'm guessing that it might be easier to source a countersunk 316 stainless M4 x 75mm bolt (or whatever measurement is correct) direct from one of the usual marine suppliers instead ...

Steve, if you give me the size & style of the screw I'll try & get you one from our stainless fixings supplier & drop it in the post. Thread size, length & head style etc.
