Icom 601 and Garmin 2010 hook up

Folks

To save me an hour going through the Garmin blurb on Monday does anyone have the 2010c plotter settings and colour codes of the NMEA in and out for this plotter.

A couple of freebie Voyages to anyone who does !!

Cheers

John

If it's accessories you're connecting (as in vhf, sounder etc.) grey out, violet in.

Data -ve just connects to ground. Black in the Garmin cable but any local ground will do.

Also, go into the menu system and set the interface for port 2 to nmea in/nmea out. The alternative Garmin/Garmin sentences are not usually understood by other equipment.
