icom A1 service
I recently needed to return my Icom radio due to problems with the display and the battery charging. I posted it on saturday morning, received back on wednesday morning, 7.30am delivery. What service, you cannot fault that company.
I wish I could say the same about Navman Fishfinder, also under warranty and faulty. It's taken them over a week to confirm receipt and they say it will be 5 to 6 weeks before I can expect it back.
I think this is what they mean when they say poles apart.
