Icom question for the experts

Can anyone help me out, I am working on a nonsense job at work, one of things they (the client) want is a headset for some Icomnone marine VHF radios (Radios are clients existing) they have approved the headsets but wanted a few tweaks.

Headset manufacturer are no help and neither is icom! Who wouldhave thought basic info was so hard to come by!

Essentially all i need is the pin out for a 2.5mm jack as used on icom headsets HS-94 etc and if it is 2.5mm 3 or 4 pole and which pole is which!

Thanks in advance!

Thanks that's a better (clearer) image than I could find. Pin outs would really help.
