Instrument dials
Should it be guages or gauges??? (Come on Louise)!!!
I have to chose what sort to get - anyone got a nice set for sale???
I quite fancy a set with white dials - maybe the Faria or even Suzuki's own - what sort of prices will I have to pay - don't think I can stretch to Gaffrig!!!
Think I need the following(for Suzuki DT225)
Water Pressure
RPM
Speed
Volts
Trim
The engine came with some sort of combo dial - think it measures oil levels etc - anyone know???
Any other suggestions??? Will of course have Raymarine plotter/fishfinder as main unit.

I had a Suzi DT 200 and didn't feel I needed anything other than the standard gauges. Trim, RPM and the Suzi multi gauge should come as standard. The multi gauge led's are too bright for night use so you may need to put a wee filter over them.
Any other gauges are whatever you fancy. Speed will be on your GPS. Volts may also be.

Which multi gauge do they supply with the DTs - all I could find listed were the new 4 stroke ones.

It is similar to the monitor gauge in the link. A vertical row of led's to show oil level and various other lights to indicate engine faults. I seem to remember, when the ingition is first switched on, the led's illuminated in a certain pattern after a number of engine hours had been run then they reverted to being oil monitors. I never saw any of the other lights, the engine was completely reliable.
